I was on hold for 20 minutes with the service dept. Will never bring my car back to the service dept. I have bought 5 cars from Hyundai of New Port Richey within the last 4 years... Service dept. I had a rodent issue with my car first time no charge and they fixed it. Today they say can't fix it have to order parts.. why is it when I have to pay they can't fix it, but when there is no charge they can fix it. I do not trust people who do business like this. I am going to write a letter to Hyundai regarding this bad service. More

Power steering was leaking fluid. Service personnel were very helpful in informing me of service rendered to my car.
