He’s always been honest and as a single mother that means a lot. I usually feel like car repair and dealerships take advantage when I don’t know. He’s always treated me professionally and with honesty. For this reason I returned when my son needed a new car. He’s continued to help me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. More

Everyone is good in service but no one can fix a problem that is obviously a design flaw. Hyundai needs to get rid of duel clutch transmissions or figure how to make them right. A vehicle should spit and sputter on acceleration and basically in a very polite and professional way be told there is nothing can be done. Relearning the adaptive memory does nothing t fix the problem. This is turning me off to Hyundai vehicles and I have tennis driving them since.2000. More

He knows what maintenance my car needs to make sure I stay on the road. I would give him 5 stars. The service itself, they forget things too often for a 5. Last time they washed the exterior and said they vacuumed it but never did. One time they said they washed it but it was obvious they did not. They also leave the paper mats on the floor on occasion. These things aren’t enough to make me complain but I do hope they are t missing things in the actual vehicle maintenance. I do trust this dealership to maintain my vehicle. My car is my job so if it’s not running properly I’m in trouble. I did have had to order a door handle for my car though, it’s been 2 months and it’s still not in... 🤷??? More
