A long wait and being lied to about how long the service was I had a 2pm appointment and I noticed my car was still in line to enter the service area at 3:15pm. After my car was complete near 5pm because it need I had a 2pm appointment and I noticed my car was still in line to enter the service area at 3:15pm. After my car was complete near 5pm because it needed new brakes as well, I mentioned to Lily that they were behind or something. She stated that they were not and they started the work on time at 2pm and all the work I needed to do took that long. But I saw my car in line at 3:15 with my license plate. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will not go back to this service because of this. More

Mary, who works in the service department, is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My only negative is it takes so long, approximately 4 hours for a scheduled service....which takes up my whole day with driving the long distance and time spent at the dealership. I did fall in love with the 2019 Santa Fe....came really close to taking one for a test drive :-) More
