Left car for an airbag recall I left the car in for an airbag recall. Received a rental and periodic harassment from rental company to return the car as no one from the service dep I left the car in for an airbag recall. Received a rental and periodic harassment from rental company to return the car as no one from the service department bothered to update rental term with the rental company. A couple of months latter, I received the car back with a very dirty interior ( oil smudges ) and with parts of the radio dash coming apart and severely scratched. After complaining, the explanation given was “normal wear and tear”. Bonus: I noticed a charge on my credit card from the rental company. You can’t make these failings up. I was a very loyal customer purchased 1 car and serviced two cars here for a good number of years but the quality o service is so low that I can’t overlook these mistakes anymore. Last year, the same car as above- they mounted one of my new tires the wrong way causing it to fail and me having to purchase a new tire. Just recently , I noticed that CarFax is indicating that one of my car has a potential odometer tampering. I work from home, so I only have 2-3K miles driven per year on that car. Nonetheless, I change the oil every six months. It seems that mistakes were made at the dealership in reporting the correct Odometer reading. Avoid this dealership. Friendly service reps yet without any power to make things right. Managers don’t seem to care much and mechanics don’t seem to know or care much either. More

Very disappointed I have been coming to this service center for years and never before have had an issue. I feel at this visit I was being pressured to buy a new tire a I have been coming to this service center for years and never before have had an issue. I feel at this visit I was being pressured to buy a new tire and was not given ALL my options. I understand that when they suggest things to be done that it's to keep your car running properly but sometimes people do not have the money to pay for the repairs to be done at that moment. Very disappointed not sure if I will be coming back in the future. More

Car runs horrible AFTER service I went in for my usual Synthetic Oil Change. Was given synthetic Blend. Told a “fuel additive” would be beneficial (as in lower my mpg use). My averag I went in for my usual Synthetic Oil Change. Was given synthetic Blend. Told a “fuel additive” would be beneficial (as in lower my mpg use). My average mpg went from 32-35mpg down to 27mpg After this service. Tried to upsell me yet again on cabin air filter at a cost of over $40 (O’Reilly’s has exact same for $12.99) when I just paid near $100 for HVAC servicing plus over $40 for new cabin filter no more than 3/4 months ago. I had several Hondas that never needed a new cabin filter or HVAC before 5 yrs. This is a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I was also informed that even though I’ve had a couple tires replaced there through the tire warranty, my tires have never been re-balanced or alignment adjusted/fixed to make up for new tire and that I would need to pay $79.99 every time. Wow, just wow. After refusing all the unnecessary upsells, they finish “servicing” my vehicle returning it to me with it running like a 1990 beater car. Thanks Hyundai for the spiteful disservice.
