Bad day made better My hybrid wouldn't start on Saturday morning when I tried to go to work. After attempting a jump car needed to be towed to Hyundai New Port Richey. My hybrid wouldn't start on Saturday morning when I tried to go to work. After attempting a jump car needed to be towed to Hyundai New Port Richey. Shaun took care of me. Battery and key fob checked out. His theory that a software issue causing the battery to overcharge was the problem, turned out to be correct, and covered under warranty. I just wish that i could have gotten a loaner car because the courtesy shuttle only went 10 miles out and I was 20 miles from work so i had to Uber which cost $40. More
