Great service I’ve had my Hyundai Elantra for almost 3 years now and every time I’ve had my car serviced at this location I have been very pleased. With past vehicl I’ve had my Hyundai Elantra for almost 3 years now and every time I’ve had my car serviced at this location I have been very pleased. With past vehicles, I always tried to use a private mechanic because I had so many poor experiences with dealer services and them trying to push unnecessary services that were also overpriced. At Hyundai New Port Richey, the staff has been very friendly, respectful, and straight-forward. I think their prices are fair for a dealership and they also offer specials and coupons regularly to help bring cost down. Amanda Murphy was particularly exceptional at my last visit-was very helpful, gave me guidance on upcoming maintenance I would need which will help me budget (will need new tires), listened to my concerns/questions and addressed them fully. She and other associates at this location is why I continue to go here for maintenance, which is a significant drive from where I live in St. Pete. It’s definitely worth it! More

Usual Hyundai Service Unfortunately the service was once again poor. Standard practice for this facility. Hasn't changed since I bought my car from there in 2012. Moving the call center for service off site was a HUGE mistake. As usual no messages are given. Then a service rep with a snarky tone & attitude to match didn't help. This is why I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. - update - the assistant service manager has responded and has noted that they will address the issue and work on fixing the communication break down problems at the facility. Hoping for an improvement. Thank you JV More
They rock at hyundai npr! I went to service center because my tail light was out and I had a weird light on my Dash. The waiting room is packed with goodies like coffee water popcorn and when I took the car and they had freshly baked cookies. Overall it took an hour and half but my car came back perfect and no more light issues. I would recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey to anybody looking for a new car. More
