I LOVE Hyundai of New Port Richey. I told them I would do a commercial for them. This is my 3rd Sonata (2011). I had a 2009 that I bought in 2008 so it was 3 years old but when I saw the new design I fell in a commercial for them. This is my 3rd Sonata (2011). I had a 2009 that I bought in 2008 so it was 3 years old but when I saw the new design I fell in love. I live in Tampa so I had been to Brandon Hyundai and Courtesy (ironic) Hyundai in Tampa. I was lied to several times by the sales people at these locations trying to sell me a car. I told them what I could afford and what I owed and they would tell me they talked to their manager and come out because we could make a deal. Trusting these people, I would drive all the way across town just to have them offer me payments I could never afford with down payments that I told them I could not come up with. I walked out upset from both of these dealerships after trying to deal with them a couple times at each place. So when Hyundai of New Port Richey sent me a flyer saying I should try them I hesitantly called and spoke with someone. I told them what I had and what I could afford and they told me they could make a certain amount happen. I drove all the way up to the dealership and had a deal made in about ten minutes after finding the exact car that I had wanted. I went in to speak to the financial guy and found out he was from the same place up north that I was from. Everything went so smoothly. The salesman (Jake) was so customer service oriented and did everything for me including syncing my iphone to my radio and setting up the channels, filling the car with gas and transferring all my stuff to the new car. I couldn't believe that it happened! The next day I got a call from the finance guy and I thought "oh boy, here it comes. He can't get me the financing." Instead he asked me to come back up because he got me a LOWER rate! And you wonder why I love this place? Since then (it's been over a year) I have gone up for my servicing and have been treated with respect. I have no problem getting a quick appointment and getting in and out in a timely manner. The staff is awesome, they go above and beyond in the service bay and I enjoy sitting in the waiting area. I actually look forward to going up there each time! I am currently working on my roommate to come up there and look into a 2012 Elantra. I have only high praise for this dealership in every department. I have never had a problem with this dealership. They are always upfront with information requested. After having service on my car, I never have to return to have anything corrected. Having said that, and this has nothing to do with your dealership, I am totally dissatisfied with Hyundai roadside assistance. April 4, 2012, 2:30PM, I made several attempts to contact Hyundai roadside assistance to no avail. The 800 number recording was dysfunctional. I have a flat tire with my family in the car. Being somewhat handicapped, I could not change the tire. I contacted an outside vendor, who within minutes responded. This was an unfortunate experience which, of course, I will share with other owners so they do not have to have go through the same thing. Stephen DeGrotto More

We found our experience with Hyundai to be extremely pleasant and easy. The staff was very helpful and explained everything about the lease agreement, and answered all of our questions.
