Incompetent Service Department Came in for the same problem multiple times and the issue was not resolved. They test drove my car with me and still don’t understand what the rattle Came in for the same problem multiple times and the issue was not resolved. They test drove my car with me and still don’t understand what the rattle noise is and where it’s coming from. I have asked for it to be checked several times at several different service appointments and they continue to tell me nothing is wrong. I’ve never heard my car make this noise until this year. They had my car for an entire week and everything they were supposed to do wasn’t even done properly. No quality control to check and see if everything they “fixed” was truly fixed. New issues: I had new sides and mesh piece installed on my sunroof....they gave me my car and told me my car was ready. I tested the sunroof and the mesh piece was disconnected... they installed it upside down.. I went inside and told them it’s still broken. They fixed it... I start driving and I hear a new rattle noise. I got to my house opened the sunroof and piece of plastic was sitting in the sunroof rolling back and forth causing rattle noise. They also installed a new black rubber trunk handle... the next day I open my trunk and I hear a rattle... there is clearly a piece of plastic broken inside my trunk that someone didn’t care to take out. I can’t even remove whatever is causing that noise. I don’t even want to take it to Hyundai new port Richey because I don’t feel like dealing with terrible service. Sometimes when I shut my car off I hear a different noise. It sounds like the engine or battery is failing. They still don’t know what the issue is what that as well. This is my second Hyundai car and after this one I don’t think I’ll be buying another Hyundai from this location. More
Very lengthy! I think that it is a waste of time to give appt time and I will tell you why. My appt was for 9:30. I arrived approximately 5-10 minutes after that. Service tech came to my car immediately at which time I answered a few questions and went to have a seat in the waiting area. I wasn't called to get my car u til 11:30-11:45 so it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an oil change! Don't you think that is excessive???? I would imagine other customers have complained about the same thing. Hyundai is always advertising about the 100,000 warranty to get people to buy their automobiles so wouldn't you think they would be a little more efficient servicing these same people? Don't get me wrong, we love our Sonata and the warranty is great but getting it serviced needs to be done better. More

Amazing customer service I was blown away by the level of service I received today. I traveled past a closer dealership to get to Hyundai NPR, but it was more then worth it. Barry, my service advisor, was very professional and friendly and arranged for a loaner car since the valet hours and days available were not suitable to my schedule. My car was done in less than 2 hours and with the extra service of a wash and detail and a full tank of gas, I'm blown away. I hope this is the norm, not just the first service visit. More
