Service center- Dealing with radio issues Sadly I’ve had some bad luck with my new 2019 Kona and the radio. I’ve been fortune to have a great service center to reach out to and get help along Sadly I’ve had some bad luck with my new 2019 Kona and the radio. Although it’s frustrating to need servicing on my new car, each person has been so helpful along the way and has made sure to help make things right. Of course there’s other people behind the scenes working to get my car fixed, but Shaun has been extremely helpful and I won’t see another service person unless I have to. Andrew has step in to help out and get the parts needed and to help solve the mystery of my radio problems. Moji always stops when he sees me in the service department and asks if there’s anything he can do to help with my troubles. Overall, everyone has been really great. More

Had car maintenance done. I had scheduled maintenance done on my 2011 Sonata. I didn't know in advance what would be done, I guess they had to look at the records and decide. I had scheduled maintenance done on my 2011 Sonata. I didn't know in advance what would be done, I guess they had to look at the records and decide. I have 77,000 on the car. They did an oil change, a three-part fuel induction cleaning, an air conditioner system cleaning and a coolant system flush. It took a few hours, but I know that I'm always there for a long wait so I take reading materials along. The waiting area was shiny clean and the free cookies and coffee were good. I will go back when it's time for my next scheduled maintenance. I had a good experience. More
