Lack of communication made my experience bad My husband and daughter brought my car in for a tire and an oil change. Frank sent me a text at the beginning of the appt. I had to call 2 times to get updated. He never responded to any of my text messages. The first phone call frank was unavailable. By The second phone call i was very irate when i was told no one, not one staff member in the back was available to speak to me . My family had already been there close to 2 hours . Finally after 2.5 hours my car was done. I had a 1pm appt but i feel that did not make any difference. Hopefully next time wont be so bad More

2 attempts on tire alignment & great customer service Barry and Lily are the best and should be strongly considered for promotion or raises. Had an alignment and 4 new tires installed. Picked up the car Friday night, realized the alignment was totally messed up. Called Barry, who got me in first thing Saturday morning.
