Check engine light on my ‘17 Santa Fe with 6800 miles. I first had called the Hyundai dealership in Clearwater to get an appointment for them to check out my car, especially since I’m traveling. Was told to make sure the gas cap was on properly and it should go off. Told him still under warranty. Was told if it was running ok, not to worry about it. I was not comfortable with that answer and took it in to New Port Richey. I was overwhelmed by the line of cars in line to the service center. Thought I would be turned away. I was instructed to pull into the line. A very nice young man with a smile on his face came to get info. I was relieved that they were getting it thru as quickly as possible. It turned out to be a dead cell in my battery. Don’t worry we’ll take care of it for you. Since under warranty $0. This is probably the busiest dealership I’ve ever seen. I saw at least 10 cars get sold within 2 hours of waiting. I feel I was treated with the utmost care and respect, by everyone. Many stopped to ask if I had been helped. Thank you all for a comfortable, confident experience. More

They see things the service advisors don’t. This is our second Hyundai. Bill Suchocki was our salesman on both. Bill was great! I’m not the easiest sale and I questioned and argued everything. Bill answered all my questions and he stood by his word to us on the deal. Bill Suchocki will definitely be the guy we buy our next Hyundai from for sure. Evan Devorace is the gentleman that arranged our financing. He was awesome! He followed through on our deal and made sure everything went smoothly and that we were comfortable with everything. Definitely was the easiest new vehicle purchase we ever made. All three of these employees really made us glad we chose to buy another Hyundai. I was a little hesitant after our first Hyundai, but not anymore. We absolutely love our Kona and these guys made it so easy. More
