Misleading I drove out of the way here for the $21.95 oil change. I thought, that’s a great deal to offer loyal customers! 1. I went Only to find out a tire rotation isn’t included (so why did it take over an hour to complete?) and they want to charge $20 for that. So it would have been more expensive to have the oil change/tire roation done there AND I had to drive far. And wait. So basically I drove 45min for what I could’ve had done at the corner place for cheaper. Disappointing, and I have been happy with the dealership until this. The moral of the story is so your due diligence and read the fine print. More

However, service assistant manager Lilly diagnosed the electrical problem as soon as I described the problem with the unusual lights on the dash, she also stated the fix was under the 60k warranty. I live 40 miles away and I wish the service department was much closer. This is the third Hyundai vehicle we have purchased since 2004. More

Treated indifferently by service dept. I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so bad that it had to be replaced- twice. I am so done with Hyundai. It still makes noises that none of the loaner cars made and the service people "can't hear " anything. It has to be driven to be heard.....they've been told every time I go in there which right now is infrequent because of hard feelings. Yesterday I made an appt at the counter for later on in the day and when I went for the appt asked to have my non working hatch looked at also. I sat for over an hour and a half and when I was called, the hatch had been fixed but no oil chg. This is at 8 at night. Now I'm waiting some more for the oil to get changed. No more Hyundai for me. More
