Friendly people After just 6 days of owning my new Tucson it had to be towed in due to an antifreeze leak. (Which lightened the paint on my garage floor). The tape c After just 6 days of owning my new Tucson it had to be towed in due to an antifreeze leak. (Which lightened the paint on my garage floor). The tape covering the coils to the horn was coming off. Instead of taking the grill off so it could be redone. . the tape was just pushed on through the holes in the grill. The loose clamp was replaced for the hose but the coil issue was not resolved. Was told it was too much work to take the grill off. Service manager called me and said the issue would be addressed at the time of my first oil change. More

SERVICE CENTER I have been a Hyundai customer for 10 yrs. I take my cars there for any major repairs that my husband can not do. I took my 2007 Tiburon there to hav I have been a Hyundai customer for 10 yrs. I take my cars there for any major repairs that my husband can not do. I took my 2007 Tiburon there to have the A/C checked. I was told it was just low on freon so they evacuated the system and added in new. I picked it up and the same issue was occuring when the car was idle. I called and took it back. I then recd a 2 pg list of repairs the car needed. I know the car is old but I am not going to rebuild it. I told them not to do the over all inspection or they would have a list of 5,000 in repairs. All I wanted was the A/C fixed. as far as the orig issue I was now told I would need all A/C parts a total of over 2,000.00 why was this not told to me originally. The cust reps in the service center as all very polite and helpful. I feel your people in charge of estimates and repairs need to be more accurate the first time out with issues that are brought to their attention. I was not happy this time around w my visit. More
