Everyone at Hyundai of Orange Park are true professionals. Everyone from our Sales Consultant Joe Plourde, Senior Service Consultant David Mannino, to the Finance Manager Lance Sablich and the professionals. Everyone from our Sales Consultant Joe Plourde, Senior Service Consultant David Mannino, to the Finance Manager Lance Sablich and the General Manager Danny Hines treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and courtesy. They truly made a car buying experience a pleasure rather than an experience where you feel taken advantage of. There are two types of people in the sales market that are usually annoying. That is, furniture salesmen and car salesmen seem to always make you feel that if you don't buy their product after giving you such a great deal your committing some kind of crime. In the case of Hyundai of Orange Park, this was not the case. The whole staff did everything to make you feel that you were in charge and they would do whatever it would take to sell you a car. They changed our perspective in the case of car salesmen. Now we only despise furniture salesmen. This car buying experience was truly a good experience and we have recommended the dealership to our friends. We will be a loyal customer at Hyundai or Orange Park as long as we reside in the Jacksonville area. More
I visited the dealer three times and each time I never felt pressured from the sales staff to buy their vehicle. I hated going into other dealerships and how they talked bad about their competitors and al felt pressured from the sales staff to buy their vehicle. I hated going into other dealerships and how they talked bad about their competitors and almost tried every shady tactic to force you to buy there cars right then and there, like there was no tomorrow. But these guys were patient and willing to work with me on my terms. Gregory Gerald was very knowledgeable on the facts about each car we looked at. They gave me the best deal on my trade than any other dealership by far, which made me happy. Overall staff was very friendly as well, from the Sales Rep to the Manager, even the Finance agent. I really believe I couldn't have gotten a better anywhere else. My wife and I are very happy and excited about our new car. We've had for a week now and have gone camping, riding trails, fishing and driven on the beach. Hyundai makes great great cars. Very impressed with the quality of the car. I sometimes can't believe its a Hyundai. I purchased the fully loaded and I mean loaded Elantra GT for an unbelievable price. It's huge and roomy and I love the humongous sky roof, can't get that anywhere else. More

My wife and I had a tall order rejected, or not come close to, by several other dealerships. We had a 2009 vehicle to trade and needed a newer vehicle with a new car warranty at a lower payment then our close to, by several other dealerships. We had a 2009 vehicle to trade and needed a newer vehicle with a new car warranty at a lower payment then our present vehicle. At the other dealerships we were told, "impossible", "only with a smaller vehicle",or made offers that were far from our criteria. At Hyundai of Orange Park, Sales Consultant Joe Plourde found us a new 2013 Elantra, larger than our trade-in vehicle. Pete, on the financial end, worked very hard for us. We ended up with almost 20% lower payments. Roger explained all the legalities so that we understood all the paperwork. We are in our seventies, and have shopped for cars for 45 to 50 years. Joe Plourde is the first sales consultant at any dealership that has listened to us and made shopping for and purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. Others at Hyundai of Orange Park were all friendly and courteous. More
We were greeted as soon as we parked by Tony. I explained what I was looking for and he looked for the vehicle until it was found. Our salesperson, Darryl Carter, made us feel comfortable right away. I felt like I could trust him, and that he understood my situation and concerns. Roger helped in finance, and I felt that both gentleman were very down to earth and genuine. I left with a hug and a good feeling about my purchase instead of the "oh no, what have I done?" feeling I usually have when buying a car.
