I met James at the car & truck show in Jacksonville, Fla. He told me all about the new "2011" Sonata. Needless to say I was impressed. He guided me thru the whole process of buying the car. He was extremely helpful in making sure their were no unnecessary miles on the car before I got it. My husband and I were looking into purchasing a new car and had heard great things about Hyundais. We explained to the salesperson (who didnt introduce himself to us) what we were looking for and he did n and had heard great things about Hyundais. He than picked out a car that was much more than we wanted to pay but he said he could keep it in our budget. We liked the car and he told us it was reasonable to match our current payment. He than came back after "talking" to his boss and said that they could not do it. My payments would be more. He did not try to see if another model would suit our needs. He wanted the high dollar sale and nothing more. We left there feeling very upset. The next day we went to the ST Augustine Hyundai and bought a 2010 Elantra. Great car! More

I thought long and hard wanting to buy from this dealer but after spending 7 hours in offices and getting the run around i am going to go elsewhere. I bought my last 2 cars from them but not getting the deal i wanted and the salesman laughing then rolling his eyes at me for wanting the MSRP price and get my $500 Hyundai loyalty into the price it really made me mad. I did homework on what we were looking for and the price they told me it was not even close to feasible they ended up wanting 18,100 for a stripped out Elantra Touring GLS with automatic transmission and with payments of 295/mo when i shook the Manager's hand to get my payments at 290 or lower and then the finance guys get the mananger who tells me they can't do 290/mo the numbers wont add up..phooey you want to seel the car you make the numbers work,so they lost my buz in the end. I'll but elsewhere. More

This dealership sold me a vehicle with completely worn rear brakes after they told me the brakes had been checked. They also misrepresented the vehicle and the accessories it had. My visit here can be summed up in 3 words - Rude, Rude, Rude. High pressure - typical corner you in the office and pressure the customer into buying TODAY tactic. I recently purchased a 2009 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. The majority of information was gathered over the phone and via email. I did not have experience with the "sales tactics" as I had negotiated the price of the new car before I went in. Likewise I did not really need the salesman to explain the features of the car to me or even help me narrow down the type of car I want. There were a few hiccups with the paperwork. Most were my fault but there were a few stock number mixups from me not deciding til the last minute of which color car I wanted. Likewise, my one request at the final detailing of the car was not to spray something on the inside that smelled. After detailing I open the car doors and I'm hit with that "overpowering new car smell" which was unpleasant. I had to leave the doors open for about 30 minutes to let it air out. My primary basis for choosing this dealership was that they offered the best price compared to numerous other dealers in Florida. However, their showroom was very nice and the people I worked with were courteous. More

This was by far the worst experience ever in my lifetime. This dealership lied several times, first about price, then about buying current vehicle. I will never step foot in this dealership again. This was disgusting behavior which was downright devious. In a time where the country is trying to recover and "branding" is important, you would think that doing what is right, because it is right and doing it right would have possibly even generated new business, however, the treatment was so "fishy" that I would never recommend this dealership to one single sole. We went to this dealer to test drive a Hyundai. We were not familar with this manufacturer and told Mr. Butler we were buying a car, but not that day. I spoke to him on the third day and thought he clearly understood what we were looking for and our time frame for purchase. I never heard from him again. When I realized my credit union had a car finder assistance program, I contacted them. The representative contacted this dealership, but I was never called. We ended up buying a car from Hyundai of St. Augustine and are very happy with the responsiveness we have received. Orange Park Hyundai could have had our business, but didn't seem to be interested. I am glad we found the other dealership. More
