In all my years coming to Orange Park dealership. I am disappointed in my service received. Went for and oil change & they did not top off my windshield washer fluid so I had to turn around after I had al disappointed in my service received. They usually clean your car up pretty good but not this time. I can clean my car better than what they did. More
Wow. Where to begin? I own a new 2019 Sonata hybrid with every option available. The car only has 3,500 miles on it. It was brought in for multiple reasons, one of which was the transmission feeling like it every option available. The car only has 3,500 miles on it. It was brought in for multiple reasons, one of which was the transmission feeling like it didn't know what to do. Always feeling hesitent to shift. Also on occasion the car would just slam forward like it died then restarted. Constant moisture in the very expensive headlights. Dirt running out of all 4 doors after any water hits them. There's more, but all of this was explained away as "normal" to Hyundai's. I own 5 cars and trucks. None of them has moisture in their headlights, shift poorly or has dirt running out of the doors. Ever! At just a year old, all the aluminum parts under the hood are corroding. I dont live anywhere near the beach or a corrosive environment. In short, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. They kept it for 2 weeks to address my concerns. I got no updates at all during this time. I called several times, ut the service line was never once answered. I was forced to call the sales line several times, but got put on extended hold. I finally gave up and drove there, only to find out that after having the car a week, several things still weren't addressed. They were given a printed list. The day I was to pick up the car, it still wasn't ready. The service tech stated she wasn't expecting me, even though the manager, her boss, was told days earlier that I would be there. And lastly, every time without fail, the car is always returned way dirtier than when it was dropped off to them. Inside and out. Im not sure at this point if that's intentional or not, but its very sad either way. Unfortunately, the other Hyundai dealer in my area is worse, if you can believe that, so my only other option is to take the car across town to the only other one left. More

Excellent Staff, Excellent Service. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been going there since 2013 and will not bring my car anywhere else for anything, including tires, b their way to make sure you are satisfied. I like having a dealer maintained car and these are the best. The service staff has been the same people since I have been going there. More
When I got my car back it missing a tire cap and now Lost air in tires when I got back car. I thought dealership would do review of car when u take it in for the first oil change. The service department was great. I first went to Carmax where I was advised my car was still under warranty and referred me to Hyundai of Orange Park. I loved that my invoice explain everything in detail. If I could give them 6 stars I would. More
We were not pleased at all! Should not take 2 hours for a simple oil change, For which we made an appointment for! Did not feel COVID Safe no masks on employees, required for customers.
