Excellent Staff, Excellent Service. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been going there since 2013 and will not bring my car anywhere else for anything, including tires, b their way to make sure you are satisfied. When I got my car back it missing a tire cap and now Lost air in tires when I got back car. I thought dealership would do review of car when u take it in for the first oil change. The service department was great. I first went to Carmax where I was advised my car was still under warranty and referred me to Hyundai of Orange Park. We were not pleased at all! Should not take 2 hours for a simple oil change, For which we made an appointment for! Did not feel COVID Safe no masks on employees, required for customers. Everyone was very nice. I wish they had communicated a little better about what was going on with my vehicle. My appointment was at 215 and my car didn’t get taken back until 325.
