In the past I have had issues with this dealership, not with service, but with the car sales department. This visit with the service, I was greeted as I walked in and received immediate attention. They performed the service within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was courteous and friendly. When I went to my car I was disappointed, I spent a considerable amount of time getting all the junk out of my car, it really needed it, so they would have no problem doing a good vacuum and wipe down, which they have always done in the past. When I opened the door I realized nothing had been done. They offered to put it back and do something, but I didn't have time to get back in line and wait. Very disappointing with that part of the visit. More
