Ripoff They charged me $66 to replace a brake light. The labor charge was $39 for what took all of 3 minutes to do. I had the other brake light replaced at Tire Kingdom and was not even charged for the bulb let alone the labor. I went to the dealership because they were close by and I needed the bulb replaced. I will not be using them for any “repairs” ever again. Make sure they tell you the cost before approving work. More

Absolutely NO service after the sale! Purchased my car new here, 2 years ago, and have done all my service here. Each time gets worse, and today was the last straw for me. Had an appointme Purchased my car new here, 2 years ago, and have done all my service here. Each time gets worse, and today was the last straw for me. Had an appointment. Walked in and stood there for almost 4 minutes, while "busy" employees acted like they didn't see me or anyone else. All it takes is a simple nod of the head, or some sort of acknowledgment, which no one ever gives here (not the first time). Service advisor finally available and never once looked me in the eye. Waited almost 3 hours, got car back and locking/unlocking issue not fixed (actually worse now), vehicle not washed, or vacuumed (as it is part of the service), and no oil change reminder sticker. I'm now questioning if, indeed, they even changed my oil, and will actually be taking it somewhere else to confirm if it was done or not. While they DID zip tie my underbody cover back into place like I asked (which they broke on a previous service visit) they actually left the zip ties simply hanging down, so much that they are dragging the ground under my car. Cashier didn't even mutter a word, except a gruff "sign here", and practically flipped my receipt at me when she was done running my card. My receipt says I declined several reairs, but nothing else was ever mentioned or offered. Never feel welcome here. Never feel good about having spent my money here for service each and every time I go. Will never go back. Definitely avoid if you want to experience any level of courtesy, and be able to trust that work has actually even been done. There are just toooooo many other places to spend money to settle, and deal with sub-par experiences and unprofessional employees like this place has to offer. More
