BAIT & SWITCH I called this dealer about a 2017 Serrano Red Santa Fe Sport Stock # : HG501638 that was displayed on their Website. I called and spoke with a sales I called this dealer about a 2017 Serrano Red Santa Fe Sport Stock # : HG501638 that was displayed on their Website. I called and spoke with a sales person who said I could come in and see the car the next day. I had been shopping with two other dealers and they tried to get the car but were unable as it was not in inventory. Turns out the car is not and was never available for sale as it is being driven by the owners son. They put it on their website just to generate interest and it is still listed for sale at the time of this posting. They have tried to call me four times since yesterday afternoon, but my phone system won't take their call and goes to voicemail. I consider this shady and down right dishonest. It is a classic case of bait and switch. I am also filing a complaint with the Hyundai Corporate Office about this dealer. More

Fantastic Dealership We just bought our 4th Hyundai from Jack Hanania's Hyundai of Orange Park. Alan Rawls is our salesman and we have a great relationship with him and t We just bought our 4th Hyundai from Jack Hanania's Hyundai of Orange Park. Alan Rawls is our salesman and we have a great relationship with him and this dealership. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We've had 2 Sonatas, a Tucson, and just got a Santa Fe Sport. The Service department is super. Megan and the service staff are always professional and polite, they take great care of our cars, and when the Santa Fe Sport needs maintenance, we're sure they will provide dependable service too. We love Hyundai of Orange Park. Keep up the great work! More

My only complaint.. Your service center is very busy, yet there is not a large enough waiting area for your customers. There is also not a decent area for at least 1 or 2 Your service center is very busy, yet there is not a large enough waiting area for your customers. There is also not a decent area for at least 1 or 2 people to sit with a laptop and work. My car is my office so having to sit and wait and not be able to accomplish anything else is frustrating. I previously owned a Honda and their service dept had 2 cubbies where I could work while me car was serviced. Other than that... I love the massage chairs. That's a nice addition. Please consider expansion of your customer waiting area. More
