We had a discussion at the dealership and he stated that my complaints will go into making changes at the dealership. I can see that the dealership does try to take client complaints seriously. I will return to dealership in the future and will change to 5 star if the issues that came up are fixed. Horrible service department. They lie about the service charges and then after service is completed lie about what they originally said. Would not return, do not recommend have any work done. Sales team also lies about including services with purchase and then says they never said it after fact. Whole dealership lies to get you in. More
