This time around I negotiated with Steve Vargas and he was AMAZING while working with my complicated case. Him and the team made it possible for me to get the car that I wanted (Mini Cooper 2011) while keeping tha payment I needed. This time he was upfront and did not hide any number or information from me. The lady in the final paperwork/ financing part was AWESOME TOO. Off course did her part as a sell person but respected and was clear and upfront as well. Johnny Chavez, my previous seller from day before, apologized for misunderstanding and did what he could to fix the situation... Overall ended being a happy camper. Now hopping everything continues like this... I do recommend the dealer; though I advice them not to hide or change information given and advice public to ask all needed questions and get them in paper too. So far, I'm planning to return for business... More

Bad experience I arrived at the dealership and the manager asked what i was looking for i told him then they ran a credit check no permission was given to do so. I did not find that out until i got notice from my credit monitoring company about the inquiry, which lowered my score. These people are scam artists and liars. I would stay away from this company.
