Succeeded where others failed. My Wife and I have both been looking for new vehicles for 3 months. Sylvester helped me get a new Hyundai at a price I was comfortable with. Not one of 6 other dealers local and otherwise came close. We are now trying to make a deal happen for my wife as well and hope to deal with them again in the future. They also sold us my wives current car in 2010. More

Amazing service experience! I recently had multiple lights come on in my car while driving, so I called the Orange Park Hyundai dealership (where I purchased my car) immediately I recently had multiple lights come on in my car while driving, so I called the Orange Park Hyundai dealership (where I purchased my car) immediately and got Megan Bailey on the phone. She couldn't have been nicer, or more professional! She knew what the problem was right away and suggested that I come down to have it repaired that day. I informed her that I live an hour away and would't be able have anyone pick me up, so she offered the use of a loaner car until my car was ready and said that she would keep me up to date regularly until my car was ready. She was very thorough and lived up to every customer service expectation that I have, which is high after working in a luxury hotel for over a decade! More

Great Dealership I love to buy my family vehicles at this dealership. My husband and I had bought 4 vehicles at Hyundai of Orange Park since the end of 2012. We don't I love to buy my family vehicles at this dealership. My husband and I had bought 4 vehicles at Hyundai of Orange Park since the end of 2012. We don't mind to drive 45 minutes to purchase or trade-in a vehicle because we know for sure that in a couple of hours we are going to leave the dealership driving a new car, with no pressure at all or the feeling that you were forced to purchase a car. We always have good incentive discounts, good prices, good banks, excellent interest rates, affordable monthly payments, etc. We always look for the Internet Sales Manager, Alan Rawls. He is great! Just from the beginning when you email or call him, expressing your interest to purchase a vehicle, he does his best finding the right car for you (financially, preferences, etc.). Once you arrive to the dealership, he does not play games (negotiations back and forth) with the managers. You explain him your needs & preferences (ej. heated seats, Bluetooth, etc.), how much money you are putting down for down payment; how much you can afford to pay a month; your payoff $ balance for trade-in; and he will find the right vehicle for you in no time with excellent monthly payments. Again, you DONT have to negotiate prices and payments back and forth. You got want you need in a short time. At least that is my own experience during these four times I had purchased a vehicle with Alan Rawls and one of the managers, Steve Vargas. He is great! The finance manager Kindra Clark is awesome as well. She is so friendly that makes you feel that you are welcome and comfortable doing business with her. I am saying this because in previous experiences with other dealers here in Florida and Mass., when is time to seat down with the finance manager, you have the feeling you are going to the guillotine. Their faces are not friendly at all. They are more interested in keeping adding more charges to the sale than your personal live, and get rid of you fast. With the people previously mentioned you don't receive that impression. Their services are OUTSTANDING! More

I was expecting up to two hours to wait for the service and was shocked when Randy brought me the keys in under 60 minutes. Apparently, a couple guys teamed up to knock it out, and get me on the road.. Wow, amazing! I had a couple minutes to chat with the best finance manager I have ever dealt with, Kyndra Clark, what a sweetheart. Great experience all around. Liz Mathis More
