Recently, I bought a used car from this dealer and had a terrible experience. I paid $7500 for a 2002 Saab 93 with 54,000 mi that looked good on the surface. It had some cosmetic damage that I was willing to accept, so my husband and I made a deal. Just before I bought the car I asked if I could take it to a mechanic of my choosing to make sure there were no problems that we weren't aware of. The dealer agreed. The next day an independent mechanic told us that the car has a major oil leak coming from the head gaskette that will cost $2,000 to fix. That same day my husband returned the vehicle to the dealer and asked for a refund. They refused. The salesman simply brushed my husband off and told him to return the next day when the manager would be in. When we presented the problems to the manager he still refused to return the vehicle. This is outrageous because if Huyndai had told us about the problems on that vehicle we could have accepted it and either negotiated a better price or just moved on. No harm, no foul. Instead, they tried to sell a car with serious mechanical problems to us. Moreover, they handled the situation very poorly. Whatever happened to good customer service and trying to satisfy the customer. I DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone!
