I was very satisfied with the dealership. I was not going to go there because of a past experience at that location with past owners. I found a vehicle on line that I wanted to check out and had been going to go there because of a past experience at that location with past owners. I walked around the lot and was not approached right away (which is something I like, I do not like to be hounded.) I walked across the street to check out the vehicle I was interested in and not long after was approached by Jake Eldredge. He was outstanding. He was kind, courteous, energetic and very easy to talk to. He is young but is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I really had doubts but he turned them around. I ended up buying the car I came in for. Jake did not rush me, he listened and if he wasn't sure on an answer to a question instead of making up something he checked things out and got an answer for me. I will highly recommend the dealership and will also give Jakes name to friends. He is an asset to your company! Thank you Jake. More

My mother and I had gone to another dealership, and were absolutely mortified by thier customer service. We were about to give up for the day, when we stopped at Hyundai of Plymouth, and were instantly gre absolutely mortified by thier customer service. He treated us as if we were old friends, and explained everything regarding the cars available and the features in great detail. He understood that my mother was on a limited budget, and did not try to "push" her into purchasing a car above her means. After purchasing a used Chevy Cruze, we asked about leasing options also, as I will be looking for a car in the next few months. Jim went to Bob to get us some figures, and together they explained the entire leasing process to us. Jim has even called us since then to let us know what the current lease options are. I have raved to everyone I know about how great Hyundai of Plymouth is, and I will definitely return there to purchase my next car from Jim! More

My mother and I went to Hyundai of Plymouth today and were lucky enough to meet Jake Eldredge. This was our first stop of the day, and after the experience we had with Jake and Hyundai of Plymouth... we were lucky enough to meet Jake Eldredge. This was our first stop of the day, and after the experience we had with Jake and Hyundai of Plymouth... we did not need to go anywhere else. My mother purchased a 2012 Santa Fe. It was amazing how quick we were driving her new car off the lot. This was a very enjoyable car buying experience for my mother and I. Jake was so thoughtful and personable. He made us feel very comfortable right away. He really cared about what was best for my mother and asked all the right questions. Jake informed us very well on the car she selected and he knows his product very well. We did not feel overwhelmed at all. He was very mature and seems to be a natural in this business. Jake shared some of his personal life with us and it was so nice to get to know him a little. Everyone there was great... the sales manager, the finance guy...everyone!!
