Bruce, Thank you for the public response, but it illustrates my point. Asking me to call puts the work back on me again. You already have my full contact information and our complete email history. This is the same pattern: the appearance of care without the action behind it. For context on how that pattern has played out, the only reason this issue got attention at all was the public reviews. Direct communication over five-plus weeks did nothing. After the negative public reviews someone from your organization finally responded, we did sort out an agreement for the second set of keys. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and still spent four hours there. The appointment seemed to make no difference. If you're genuinely interested in repairing this relationship, you're welcome to email me. That's the channel where everything relevant already lives. But at this point, what I'll be doing is telling people not to buy cars here.
