It was time for my 3rd oil change. I made the appointment on-line very easily and for 8:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership 5 or 10 minutes early and Cheryl Buck greeted me in the drive-up with paperwork alre on-line very easily and for 8:30 AM. The salesperson that sold me the car, David Bunn, found me getting coffee and we chatted about my great experiences with my Sonata. At 9:05 Cheryl Buck walked up and said my car was finished with service and also fully cleaned inside and out. Now that is great service . . . while drinking a cup of coffee (very good one I might add) my car was serviced, inspected and washed and vacuumed and done. All in about 30 minutes. Great service! This was the first service for a brand new Elantra purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. They inspected the entire vehicle, changed and replenished all of the fluids and w purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. From the get go, I really loved this dealership (on the used side anyways)! They were extremely helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They were very pleasant to work with. and very laid back. I walked in pre-approved through my credit union, however, when I went to pick up the check the next day, the CU didn't want to do the deal and wouldnt budge. My husband and I, feeling devastated that we might lose the vehicle, went back to the dealer (to either return or somehow sign paperwork). The finance manager was able to get a deal through our CU with a MUCH lower interest rate so it was a win win! We got to have it through our CU AND get the car we wanted! I will definitely make the drive to come back for another vehicle! The vehicle had VERY low mileage and in great condition! WE LOVE IT! THANKS AGAIN FROM THE WHITELEY FAMILY!!! More
