It is hard to find a true Vehicle Consultant among car dealerships’ employees that hold such a title. Many of them (from my own experience) are strongly focused mostly on sales. In an extremely friendly form Leon answered my numerous questions on various options of Hyundai and Genesis cars, their advantages for my particular individual needs, as well as, what is very important, provided his wise advice for the best deals for me. Last Saturday, I paid close to the asking price for a 2020 Tucson. It needed a little work, and I picked it up yesterday. After everything, I asked for the second key and fob. That’s normal, right? The salesman, Will, tells me there is no second key and fob. I asked how much a key and a fob will cost. $400. What an unpleasant last minute surprise that was! More

Couldn’t be happier with my 2023 Hyundai Tucson and wonderful buying experience. I knew St. Augustine Hyundai was different in the fall when George gave me a run down of all the features of the Limited wonderful buying experience. I knew St. Augustine Hyundai was different in the fall when George gave me a run down of all the features of the Limited trim, and there are many, and then just tossed me the keys and let my husband and I take it for a spin. I was impressed with how chill this dealership was compared to others where I had to fill out my info, let them make a copy of my drivers license, etc. We weren’t quite ready to buy since it was my first time in a Hyundai following over 20 yrs of nothing but Hondas. After months of research and a few emails and texts back and forth with George, I was given a fair amount for my trade and 0% interest from Hyundai. The whole deal took 24 hrs. Paperwork was ready when we got there and Eddie, the finance manager was as chill and easy to work with as George. I was give a fair trade value and a fair out the door price for a new 2023 Sonata. The process couldn’t have been simpler. Once we had agreed in everything he handed me off to Ava Hamilton to process the sale. Ava had everything ready via electronic signatures and within hours was ready to deliver the car and take away my trade 2 hours away from the dealership. Overall this was a great experience all around and an easy and stress free way to manage a large purchase like this. Highly recommend this dealer. HSA treats you right! More
