I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should call more than just the mobile if they can’t get ahold of someone. Also, if the scheduled items can’t be completed, a loaner car should be issued since it wasn’t the customers mistake. More
My visit was a very pleasant one. I was greeted as soon as I entered the garage area. The waiting area is very nice and free wi-fi is appreciated. The car was ready faster than I expected. I appreciated the free car wash. When she notified me of the car being ready, Tunde noticed the car was still wet from the wash and proceeded to dry off the car. I told her she didn't need to do it but she continued and finished the drying. I feel Tunde goes above and beyond in customer service and deserves any and all perks and awards available to exemplary employees. She is a valuable asset and I hope she will always be there. I'm glad she was assigned to me on my first visit so that I now know who to ask for on any future appointments. More
I have been coming to you since I purchased a car from you for my oil changes. I would assume you would continue with the same history of the kind of oil I use. But your guy said he asked me and I said ye you for my oil changes. I would assume you would continue with the same history of the kind of oil I use. But your guy said he asked me and I said yes to the oil that I never had used before. So I Was not happy about that. Some may call that marketing, but I call that deceitful. If I can’t trust you with the history of my car, I have to consider to go elsewhere. I also waited two hours and 15 minutes for this oil change with no car wash. I think that’s too long. More
