Although I did not purchase my Hyundai at the St Augustine dealer, it is close to my work location. In about an hour our oil was changed, multi-point inspection done and the car was sparking clean which it needed after a road trip of over 2,000 miles. Waiting area confortable. I was greeted pleasantly by name on arrival and told what to expect and how long my wait would be. Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. Called spoke to Debbie she told me to come in the next morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elant morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elantra Touring. He heard the noise and he took the car into the service bay. He came out bout 20 minutes later and told he tightened up a loose nut on the rear suspension. We took another ride and the noise was gone. He then brought the car to be washed. Debbie is a tremendous Service Manager. She followed up multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it d multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. PLUS, she checked all my fluid levels, filled my tires, and checked my brakes, for NO CHARGE! We purchased the Sonata here about 10 months ago and we are going to be shopping for a SUV shortly.
