At one time I had excellent credit. Then my husband was diagnosed with cancer, and after a few months he died. My credit took a nose dive because I was overwhelmed with debt, and medical bills. It has been so hard. I went to so many different dealerships trying to buy a car and everyone said no. I decided to call before I went in. I was very transparent and honest with Ted and he was totally honest with me. He said he could not promise me anything but he would work very hard on my behalf and HE DID!!! As a woman buying a car I was so afraid of being taken advantage of but I did not have to worry. Ted introduced me to Clayton who was such a gentle natured kindhearted man who helped me complete my application and gave me an Elantra to test drive and see if I was comfortable with the car and let me tell you... I LOVED IT!!! When I returned I got the great news that I would receive financing and be able to drive out the dealership with a brand new car and a payment that was absolutely wonderful and comfortable for me to make. Ted explained all the paperwork to me before I signed anything. It was a very smooth and easy experience and I can't stop telling all my friends about Bob Mayberry Hyundai and Ted Kipp and Clayton King. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Everything was laid out in a manner that I could understand and even dealing with finance to seal the deal was different than any other experience. Ted Kipp, the finance guy was great as well. He contacted the different companies and you could tell he was on our side, negotiating the best deal to give us the most bang for out buck. Clayton called us before we got there to confirm our appointment, texted me directions from his cellphone and had the car waiting for us to test drive. It wasn't an uncomfortable, awkward drive, like I've had other times. He educated us on just about everything about the car. You could tell he loved what he did and wasn't all about his commission. I would recommend this dealership because they didn't keep us waiting around like I've experienced from other dealerships in the past. We went into the finance department with Dustin and were there less than 30 minutes. I'ld say including the test drive, we were at the dealership for about an hour and a half compared to other experiences at dealerships that took 3 hours!
