I went looking at cars today, not expecting to purchase for at least two weeks. Bob Mayberry Hyundai was the third dealership my husband and I went to. We were given at least ten minutes to look around the lot before Clayton King came out, introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. Well bless my soul Clayton listened, he listened, he listened and believe it or not he actually heard what was important to me. He did not show me a car that was beyond my means, he did not use high pressure tactics he was a gentleman. After driving a car and looking at two other cars Clayton asked us to meet his manager which we gladly did. Clayton came into the office after our meeting with his manager and said he had one more car for us to look at. Not only was it exactly the car I was looking for, he offered it at a cost that was UNBELEIVABLE. We then met with Ted Kipp the financial manager to begin the negotiating process; Ted went out of his way to find the right loan, at the right rate, and at the right monthly payment. In other words there was no negotiating necessary. I got a car I never dreamed I would be able to afford. For the first time in all the years I have been buying cars I actually feel like I got the better deal than the dealership did. It is for these reasons that I have rated these gentlemen and Bob Mayberry Hyundai with the highest rating possible on all levels. I will send everyone I know to this dealership, to ask for Clayton and when it is time for me to purchase another car you can bet your biscuits I will call Clayton King. Karen Davis More

I recently bought a 2014 Accent, my experience at this dealership was phenomenal. I am disabled and was very much in need of a vehicle to get to and from doctors appointments. Napolean Powe was very encouraging during my initial visit where no bank would offer me a loan. He told me that I would have a better chance if I had a co-signer; So I had my sister do so. Even with a co-signer only one bank gave a yes, albeit with an extremely high interest rate. Because of desperation I concluded that I would take the offer and at the encouragement of Dustin Speights, was told in 6 or 12 months of on time payments I may be able to refinance. Im not sure what Dustin said on the phone with the bank but I got an even better interest rate! The patience and time these two gentlemen displayed during my car buying experience is greatly appreciated! I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a new vehicle. More

His comments were spot-on and he was upfront about which models were likely to have the features desired. He was willing to extend the time for us to feel secure in our choice without the usual pressure. He kept focused an on-track displaying professionalism. He contacted us after the sale to check if we had questions. The care and concern made us feel a connection of family with the dealership and Mr. King.
