This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. ALL the staff was extremely nice and courteous Clayton was so personable and knowledgeable about the car we were interested had at a car dealership. Everything was laid out in a manner that I could understand and even dealing with finance to seal the deal was different than any other experience. Ted Kipp, the finance guy was great as well. He contacted the different companies and you could tell he was on our side, negotiating the best deal to give us the most bang for out buck. Clayton called us before we got there to confirm our appointment, texted me directions from his cellphone and had the car waiting for us to test drive. It wasn't an uncomfortable, awkward drive, like I've had other times. He educated us on just about everything about the car. You could tell he loved what he did and wasn't all about his commission. I would recommend this dealership because they didn't keep us waiting around like I've experienced from other dealerships in the past. We went into the finance department with Dustin and were there less than 30 minutes. I'ld say including the test drive, we were at the dealership for about an hour and a half compared to other experiences at dealerships that took 3 hours! Crystal was very helpful with any questions we asked, she was sure to answer our questions to our satisfaction. I went looking at cars today, not expecting to purchase for at least two weeks. Bob Mayberry Hyundai was the third dealership my husband and I went to. Well bless my soul Clayton listened, he listened, he listened and believe it or not he actually heard what was important to me. He did not show me a car that was beyond my means, he did not use high pressure tactics he was a gentleman. After driving a car and looking at two other cars Clayton asked us to meet his manager which we gladly did. Clayton came into the office after our meeting with his manager and said he had one more car for us to look at. Not only was it exactly the car I was looking for, he offered it at a cost that was UNBELEIVABLE. We then met with Ted Kipp the financial manager to begin the negotiating process; Ted went out of his way to find the right loan, at the right rate, and at the right monthly payment. In other words there was no negotiating necessary. I got a car I never dreamed I would be able to afford. For the first time in all the years I have been buying cars I actually feel like I got the better deal than the dealership did. It is for these reasons that I have rated these gentlemen and Bob Mayberry Hyundai with the highest rating possible on all levels.
