I was reluctant to start the car buying process. However, I saw an ad and decided to inquire with the dealership. Because of his disposition on the phone, we decided to take a drive out to Bob Mayberry and were equally impressed with all whom we worked. Basically, the dealership embodies integrity and a family feeling; moreover, they made the process easy. They stayed open later to accommodate my schedule and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to consider our options. Honestly, I wasn't going there to buy a car - just to decide if we were interested in the Hyundai Elantra. We planned to test drive two other vehicles and then determine which would be the best fit. The cars sell themselves and I believe the folks at Bob Mayberry get that, so there's no pressure. Because of our experience, we decided not to test drive the other two vehicles and to go with the Elantra (an excellent choice at an even more excellent price). It was a very comfortable place to do business from beginning to end and I highly recommend Bob Mayberry. More
My husband and I went to Bob Mayberry Hyundai just to learn about their line of vehicles. Our salesman, Justin Michaud, took all the time we needed explaining and test driving the various vehicles. I felt that Justin really listened to our needs and did a great job getting us into a vehicle that suited our specifications at a very fair price. Although we kept everyone there beyond closing time in order to complete the transaction, the entire staff maintained a friendly attitude and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. And the service did not end there. Due to the late hour, they were unable to detail the car before we drove it off the lot. They offered to have someone pick up the car at our home the following day and then delivered it back to us once the detailing was completed. Considering our busy schedules, we couldn't have been more appreciative! We will be looking for another vehicle in the next year or so and will definitely be back to see Justin and the other folks at Bob Mayberry Hyundai. More

I took my Sonata in yesterday for an oil change, safety recall and some other maintenance. I met with Justin Hill when I first drove in and he was very nice. He knew exactly what it was and said that it would be covered under warranty. They got me setup on a loaner vehicle and later that afternoon called when it was ready. There were no hidden fees or extra charges, I paid the $24 for the oil change (with my coupon) and that was it. Everyone I encountered was friendly and personable; this is "why" I rated them so high. I originally bought my vehicle from Bob Mayberry Hyundai in 2012 and would highly recommend them; from buying your vehicle to getting it serviced, they are the place to go. A friend of the family bought her vehicle there, I got mine and last month my stepson bought his vehicle from them too. I will definitely go there again for our next vehicle and will continue to recommend them. More

Paul Moore was straight-forward, honest and never changed the pricing even when I changed my mind on the car color three times and he had to try to locate another car with the same specs as the one I had originally planned to purchase based on the Internet "special pricing". Paul located the car we wanted, gave us an excellent deal and made our car-buying experience one of the best we have ever had!!! From start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in two hours. The finance manager, Ted Kipp was not only professional and organized, but was cognizant of the three hour trip we had made and true to his word, he ensured that we finished all of the paperwork in less than one hour. I would recommend Paul, Marianne, and Bob Mayberry Hyundai to anyone who has had a poor car-buying experience and needs to see what "putting the customer's needs first" really means!! More
