He never pressured us into buying the car and gave us the best possible price for the car. He is honestly probably the best car salesman I have ever had help me. Clayton did a fantastic, honest job of describing the good and bad parts of this used car. I showed up - car was exactly as presented on phone and pictures, test drove car, signed the papers and was on my way within 2 hours. A fantastic experience and first remote major purchase. We were looking for a new car and Hyundai Santa Fe was on our list. We visited the Chevy dealer first and just got bad vibes from the dealership so we drove a mile and went to Bob Mayberry Hyundai. When we parked our car two customers were sitting there and they got up and we started talking. During the conversation, they advised that they had just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and that Paul Moore had done them right and they enjoyed working with him. Therefore, we asked immediately for Paul Moore to be our sales person. He was found, came and drove out one car I thought I might like but then immediately changed my mind; he then went and got the keys to the car I had showed him which was a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport fully loaded and definitely and was in our range. We went for a test drive and decided that it was the car for us and then the magic happened -- we got a very good price on the car I traded in, and a great price on the new car. All in all our experience with Bob Mayberry was excellent. The signing of the paperwork was also fast and easy and we got an interest rate that was beyond our thinking. I might add that we have used Bob Mayberry Hyundai for our service for awhile and have always had great customer service there so buying a car, being treated special and getting exactly what we wanted made us feel good about the purchase and knew we had come to the right place. I wanted a good, fuel efficient and reliable vehicle to use in my career as a Real Estate Broker. The Hyundai Elantra fit the bill perfectly.
