Paul Moore contacted me about the Hyundai Winter Loyalty Lease Program. He gave me figures to bring my 2010 Tucson in and drive away with a 2013. I opted to "trade up" to the new Sante Fe. Paul did not try to talk me into a car that they had. He searched for a few days till he found "my car." Chris Griffin, the sales manager fot me very affordable payments and tonight I drove away in my new 2013 Sante Fe. Paul had all of the paperwork ready when we got there. By luck of the draw, the first time I visited the dealership, my sales associate was Paul Moore. When I was ready to trade in my Touring, I contacted Paul Moore by choice. He is wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of buying a car. I do not feel pressured when I visit the dealership and I am treated with respect and kindness. Paul follows up in a timely manner and closes the sale. I am very pleased with my experience at Bob Mayberry and with Paul Moore as my sales associate and I highly recommend doing business with them! 1st Hyundai was a Sonata, great car but traded in after 2 years due to needing more leg room in the front seat for my husband. 2nd Hyundai was the Elantra Touring, which provided more leg room and I wanted the hatchback. Great car, no problems! After 3 years I wanted to upgrade. :-) 3rd Hyundai is the Elantra Sedan with leather interior. Love love love it! More
