I called Bob Mayberry Hyundai after a bad experience at another dealer to confirm they had the SUV we wanted which has been difficult to find. Someone was test driving it while we were on our way and they were running numbers when we got there to see if they were going to buy it. Even though we got there 25min before they closed and the other possible buyer didn’t decide they weren’t going to take it until after closing, the staff there still let us test drive it and stayed super late for us to purchase! They didn’t hassle us to buy things we didn’t need, gave us a significant discount without us even asking, and were super polite and kind. James was especially helpful and very kind despite our infant getting very fussy. We came back the next day to drop off the keys and title to our trade-in.James came right out and got in so we could go to the gas station to have a full tank in the SUV and then had it detailed since it’s gonna be done the night before since they had already closed. He also help me set up blue link and went through all of the features of the SUV to ensure everything was set up the way we like. We also went to order all weather mats in the parts department. Because we live far away I asked if they could be shipped to us. He actually knocked down the price so that when shipping was included I would not have to pay any extra.
