I made a appointment for 11/10/20 at Bob Mayberry for a service check up on my 2019 Elantra. After I checked my emails I noticed a email from Donna explaining I may be eligible to upgrade my lease to a bra service check up on my 2019 Elantra. After I checked my emails I noticed a email from Donna explaining I may be eligible to upgrade my lease to a brand new ELANTRA. I decided that since I already had a service appointment I might as well check out the 2021 ELANTRA‘s. It didn’t take long before Donna reached back out to me, Donna was very friendly and quick to connect me to someone (James) who can give me more information on my specific situation. Upon arriving at the service department at Hyundai I was greeted by Asia who was very friendly and escorted me to the sales representative that I was meeting with she walked me from the service department to the sales room and even got the person that I was meeting with so I didn’t have to wait or look for them. That is when I began working with James he quickly was able to pull up the ELANTRA that I was interested in and already looked at online. We test drove it on a pleasant back road test drive since I didn’t want to get on the busy highway. James was able to navigate me through the different back roads that we took that I was not familiar with and made me feel at ease while giving me direction. James quickly was able to run some numbers and quickly process my information so that I was able to upgrade to my brand new 2021 ELANTRA. I would also like to mention that John made signing all the paperwork quick and easy. I have worked with John in the past and he is always friendly quick and informative. I could not be more pleased with my brand new vehicle as well as the service of all of the people I came into contact with at the dealership. Thank you More

I was told by Ed that my previous lease which I still owed a few months on would be taken care of when I leased the new vehicle with them and it was not.
