Rachel was a great salesperson to work with. She was not like your average pushy salesperson. The vehicle was sold to us at a GREAT price and we had no issues. I highly recommend Rountree Moore Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car. We bought our new 2012 Camry XLE last Sep. When we mentioned the type of car we were interested in buying, both Anthony and Rachael began a search. Because we wanted a V6 and none was readily availab mentioned the type of car we were interested in buying, both Anthony and Rachael began a search. Because we wanted a V6 and none was readily available, the search was on. One was brought in from Tallahassee in very short order. Very impressive! We have received many great compliments on our car, so naturally we tell them where and from whom we bought. So far we have talked to over 10 people about Rachael and Anthony and what great people they are. We also stop by, once in awhile, just to stay in touch with Rachael and Anthony. Last Thursday, April 19, We took our first advantage of the two year maintenance agreement that came with the purchase of the car. The service department only took about an hour to finish. They also are very good. More

I have bought two Toyota Pruis hybrids from Rachel (2011 and 2012). In comparison to five other Toyota dealers and sales people within a reasonable driving distance from Jacksonville (FL), this dealership and 2012). The last vehicle I bought was a 2006 Chevy Colorado used. A week prior I had been approved to buy the vehicle of my dreams, but due to circumstances beyond my control, was unable to. Within a week, my vehicle had major issues and I was forced to buy a vehicle though not prepared to do so. What I saw online and had chosen to purchase was fine but John Paul found a better vehicle I had missed online, and better took care of my needs and budget and I am absolutely 100% happy with what he provided. If you go to Rountree Toyota to buy a vehicle, John Paul Kirby is the person you want to deal with. More
I had a great experience purchasing my 2012 Tundra from this dealership. I was not able to find exactly what I was looking for on the lot at four dealerships, but John was able to help me locate what I wa this dealership. Bought my first Toyota in May 2010,a Rav 4. After using the car for approx. 18 mo I felt this was not the car for me. On my last toyota care service i decided to look at the new Prius V. I had researche the car for approx. 18 mo I felt this was not the car for me. On my last toyota care service i decided to look at the new Prius V. I had researched the car as I felt it would be a better car to service my needs. When Rick approched me about looking at the V and offered me a test drive I accepted. A friend and i got in and I fell in love with the car. What I liked mosted about this dealership is that after presenting me with my trade-in value on my car and giving me a bottom line price they let me take the car to lunch. this allowed me to think about it and to get a better feel of the car before buying it. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to come back at any certain time. I had the car and could run it through it's paces without anyone but my friend and I in it. By doing this they allowed me the time needed to discuse with my friends the pro/con of getting this car after such a short time owning the Rav. Both Rock and Anthony stood back and let me make the decision, there was no high pressure selling, no pressure to make the sale today attitude. It was very refreshing and will have me coming back to this dealship for my next car. More
