We were far from home traveling on I-95 when we encountered air-conditioning and alternator failures on our older Toyota Sienna van. We barely made it to Exit 38 that evening before the vehicle shutdown. The next morning we had the van towed to I-95 Toyota of Brunswick. They were very busy in the Service Center, but we spoke with Heidi (Service Liaison / Rental Mgr.) and she promptly checked with Shawn (Service Mgr.) and they indicated that they would try their best to take a look at the van that afternoon. By mid-afternoon, they had diagnosed the failures, briefed us on the repair plan, and ordered parts. Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind in trying to resolve our vehicle issues and get us back on the road as soon as possible. Although we had to wait for repair parts, Heidi and Annabelle helped us with a very reasonably-priced service-rental vehicle for our short stay in Brunswick. We could not have asked for better customer service! All employees that we interacted with at this dealership were courteous, kind, and concerned about our situation and needs. If we lived in or around Brunswick, we would definitely purchase our next vehicle from I-95 Toyota of Brunswick and have it regularly serviced at this establishment. Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra edition 1794 HB my dream truck. The salesman Mr. T was very attentive and demonstrated that he knows his craft. I95 Toyota has not been the best service in the past 3 years with customer service/quality as it has been in the years past. Needing an alternator & the part not being available for almost 15 days which years with customer service/quality as it has been in the years past. Needing an alternator & the part not being available for almost 15 days which cause me to have to rent a vehicle. It seems like the customer should be given a better rental deal as it’s not their fault of supply delays. Also, stating untruth on the service document that the customer request for something to be done when the service rep. was the one stating it was part of the service required. Get a better warranty service protocol in place to get warranty services authorization & processing. Appreciate the service repairs. More
