With regard to payment, I received a link to pay with no itemized invoice to show how the amount was arrived…had to ask for that before paying. This dealership has gone downhill over the last couple of years, in my opinion, where concierge service that should come with a high end vehicle just isn’t there anymore. Oh, I finally got an interior vacuum with the car wash (this has been feedback for years). 😬 More
