We bought our JX35 last August primarily because of the Infiniti service we have received in the past. We looked at other cars that might work for us, but overall, the service from Clark Hearold at Denver Infiniti service we have received in the past. We looked at other cars that might work for us, but overall, the service from Clark Hearold at Denver Infiniti won us over. We actually bought the car at Mike Ward Infiniti because they offered us a lower price and a better trade in on our FX 35. The service work will al be done at Denver Infiniti. More

My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle for our 2002 Lexus IS300. We had three simple requirements for our new vehicle: it had to be AWD (for the Colorado snow), had to be able to fit two car our 2002 Lexus IS300. We had three simple requirements for our new vehicle: it had to be AWD (for the Colorado snow), had to be able to fit two car seats in the back for the little ones, and had to be affordable. We were strongly considering the Lexus IS250 and the Subaru Legacy. After visiting two different Lexus dealerships and the local Subaru dealer numerous times, we gave Infiniti of Denver a try. We went into the visit not expecting much. We test drove the 2013 G37x and it met all of our requirements with the exception of the payments. We knew that Lexus was offering us a decent deal on a new IS250 and didn't expect Infiniti to be able to beat it. Not only did Infiniti beat Lexus' deal, but the sales environment was much more friendly and understanding. We were never pressured, simply offered options. We were never hassled with numerous phone calls/emails, just given the opportunity to think things over. Tony Pucci (our sales consultant) was extremely patient and accommodating through the very long day that involved two cranky young kids and numerous trips to and from their dealership to get everything on our end in order. Chuck Thomas, the finance consultant that we worked with was very impressive also. After reviewing our initial offer from Infiniti Financial Services, we were strongly considering going with the Lexus. However, Chuck personally consulted with IFS to get us the absolute best deal possible. Both Tony and Chuck worked very hard to gain our business and their hard work paid off. We are more than satisfied with their customer service on all levels. They truly took the time to understand our needs and worked out a way for us to be happy with our purchase. As far as the purchase, we ended up with a new G37x which was well equipped. As compared to the IS250, it has more power, more space, and a more comfortable and sporty ride. The best part is that our monthly payments are lower that would have been with the Lexus and even the Subaru. I recommended this dealership to my father in law (who is very opinionated, to put it nicely), and even he was impressed with the Infiniti staffs' demeanor and professionalism. It should also be noted that he previously frequented another Infiniti dealer in the area and was less than with their customer service. Now he is in the market for a new Infiniti and it is all due to Tony Pucci and the amazing staff at Infiniti of Denver. If you are even considering purchasing a new vehicle, make sure to stop by Infiniti of Denver. Even if you do not buy a vehicle with them, they will set the bar high for all of your interactions with other dealerships. Cannot say enough great things. Thank you again Tony and Chuck, you have definitely earned our business Lexus whom we have been happy to deal with for over 10 years. We didn't even realize what we were missing before going to you! My sales experience with this dealership has been unmatched. Craig and Brandon went out of their way to be sure that my husband and I were satisfied with the car and fixed several things that were f unmatched. They tried to be sure that if something wasn't right they fixed it and made sure that they stood by their sale and the happiness of their customers. My wife and I recently went into Infiniti of Denver and purchased a 2012 G37 from a sales rep by the name of, Terry Inghilterra. As part of our package for purchasing the vehicle, Terry was going to switc purchased a 2012 G37 from a sales rep by the name of, Terry Inghilterra. As part of our package for purchasing the vehicle, Terry was going to switch our our light colored floor mats for black all-weather mats, but we needed to come back for them and complete a survey. We agreed to purchased this vehicle and were given a survey on our car buying experince. The first catgorey was the condition of the showroom, which I rated 3/5 stars as it was currently under construction and i made sure to note on my survey. The rest of the survery, sales rep, managers, fiance, etc I rated all 5 out of 5 stars. After I submitted my survey, I called Terry to discuss picking up the license plates and the floor mats. Terry explained that my honest feedback resulted in him not recieving $150 bonus, because we did not give a perfect score to all categories. I again explained why I rated the showroom lower as it was under construction at the time we purchased the vehicle. It is my understanding that the survey was meant to give honest feedback on the entire sales experience. I have made several calls to Infiniti of Denver for the mats we were promised but was told that Terry had to check with his manager, and he never returned calls. We then called the customer servce representative to share our frustration. She was polite and said that she would get us the license plates and winter mats. We recieved the license plates for the vehicle that we traded in, but we never recieved the winter mats that we were promised for completing the survey. I have never had a sales rep call me ever to complain about an honest survey then personally blame me for him not getting his bonus. At the end of the day, it is not about the winter mats it is about the way we were treated as a customer. As a small business owner in the community for the last 30 plus years I will definately make my feelings known to my customers about my car buying experience, and will never take my car to be serviced at the dealership.
