We had visited another Infinity dealership before visiting Infinity of Denver. When we met Steven, he was friendly, low pressure and very informative and educational. We came to Infiniti of Denver because we had purchased an Infiniti from them in 1996. We were originally interested in the EX, and that was the only Infiniti we were considering. After looking at the EX for the second time, we determined it was a bit too small for our lifestyle. That is where Tony Pucci came in. He suggested the FX, and showed us a new 2011 that was priced better than the 2012s, and at a price we could consider. It was even the color we were looking for! Tony spent a lot of time explaining the FX features to us and patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He also helped us with the decision to sell our car outright, or to trade it in, and we feel Tony helped get us a fair trade-in price. All in all, Tony made the car-buying experience as pleasant as possible and explained each facet of the sales experience, to include the handoff to the financial guru, Micheline.
