Each time, I have called Jim to explain my priorities for the next lease, my budget, and ideal time frame to begin the lease. Jim patiently reviews the new features on the various models, targeting my ideal budget range. Test drives are fabulous with Jim pointing out the safety features and model options most important to me. No games with price offering - he and his team will offer terms that cannot be beat by other dealerships - even when I shop other companies outside of Infiniti cars. The paperwork process couldn't be easier or more comfortable than with John Friend, patiently explaining it all. I turn in my car, receive fabulous Infiniti loyalty perks, get a detailed tour of my new car's features, have my phone paired with the blue tooth, and off I go. In addtion to the reqested sevice work, Clark advised that my vehcile was involved with a serice bulletin and recall for an apperance item. The entire dashboard was replaced without cost to me - this work done for a vehcile that was more than 5 years old with 91K miles. (Also recieved a general condition report for a used vehilce - no charge, and maintenance history for the vehicle I purchased) Now that's service................. but consistent with the type of service I have recieved from Clark at this dealership in the past.
