Always get my 2005 FX 35 serviced at Infiniti of Denver! Comforting to know you have a trustworthy, competent individual who has some history with the dealership. Unsatisfied with my dash cam being unplugged and removed. Good customer service I've owned my Infiniti for one year and only have had need for minimal maintenance to be performed on it. In particular I've dealt with a gentleman na I've owned my Infiniti for one year and only have had need for minimal maintenance to be performed on it. In particular I've dealt with a gentleman named Jeremy Strnad as my customer representative. When I've taken my car to the dealership for service Jeremy has been thorough, courteous and completely forthcoming about what work was being done on my car. No work was done on the car unless and until Jeremy spoke with me and kept me informed. I am impressed with the quality of work which has been performed on my car and more impressed by the customer service which is exhibited by Jeremy and the dealership. More
