Great Experience We knew exactly what we wanted and a match came up at Infiniti of Denver. I inquired and Luis contacted me almost immediately with a personalized video of the car - pretty awesome. I gave a fair price that I was willing to pay and Luis worked diligently to make it happen. Long-story short, we were there the next day with our 3 little boys in tow. Luis was great helping keep the kids entertained while we waited and signed everything. The total process was a little slow (3 hours) considering we weren't doing any back and forth on the price. Other than that, it was a stellar experience. I wouldn't hesistate to work with Luis or Infiniti of Denver again. We love our new car! More

Great Experience I had to take my QX60 into Infinity of Denver because my key was not being recognized and my driver seat had come loose. They had me checked in within I had to take my QX60 into Infinity of Denver because my key was not being recognized and my driver seat had come loose. They had me checked in within 5 minutes and after looking at the car they let me know it would be a few hours for the repairs and gave me a loaner vehicle to get through the day. 3 hours later they had my car all fixed after finding a bad battery in the remote and securing the driver seat back into the car. Everyone I dealt with was great and even though Infiniti of Denver is a little out of the way for me, I will definitely be back. More
