I would never buy or recommend anyone buy a car there. Service yes...new car no way. Do some training and teach your sales team to smile and greet anyone and everyone who steps onto that sales floor. If you don't know by now that business and sales are a relationship based then you should not be in business. More
Terrible, rude, insulting, unprofessional experience with sa les rep Stephen. He argued with me about my credit score and quoted it 50 points lower than it is, then proceeded to laugh at me for trying to afford les rep Stephen. He argued with me about my credit score and quoted it 50 points lower than it is, then proceeded to laugh at me for trying to afford an Infiniti with my credit. Finance manager wouldn't even speak with me when I asked for him, info was just being relayed through Stephen. Little did he know I already own an Infiniti, already got approved through a 3rd party lender and was looking at my scores while he was talking to me. I guess this dealership doesn't need to sell cars because had he helped me compare what loan rates they could've gotten me vs 3rd party I would've bought today. Now I would never give them business and will tell everyone else I know about this terrible experience. More

Oil Change I came in to the dealership without an appointment on Saturday at about 2 pm for an oil change...Clark set the expectation that it would be about an h I came in to the dealership without an appointment on Saturday at about 2 pm for an oil change...Clark set the expectation that it would be about an hour and 20 minutes for the work to be done which was fine for me coming in without prior notification. The service was done in under an hour, at a rate below other big brand oil change establishments, and the staff as always was friendly, accomodating, and a pleasure to be around. I always appreciate the service and professionalism I receive when coming in to Infinity of Denver! More

I have had the same service consultant, Clark Hearold, from the beginning. Clark is excellent, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and gets what he promises done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I do have to say the atmosphere in the service department as a whole seems to have changed, and not for the better. It is not nearly as friendly/comfortable as it has been in the past. I will still visit the dealership as long as Clark is there, he has not changed. He is still the same friendly and professional service consultant he always was. He's the best. More
