Devastating loss, insidious owner. I could spend weeks explaining all of my experience, but will keep it brief. Last October I bought a used car from Infiniti of Denver - four months I could spend weeks explaining all of my experience, but will keep it brief. Last October I bought a used car from Infiniti of Denver - four months later (after normal driving and commuting to and from the office) the turbo blew, destroying the engine. I felt they should have acknowledged the fact that they simply sold a bad product, and issue a refund because it was such a small window of time I had owned it; I made four payments at that point. Instead, they treated me like a pest when I asked them, and they made it very clear they wanted nothing to do with me and were in no way responsible. I was taken aback at this, as their salesman said prior to the sale that the turbo was "totally fine, it has less than 60,000 on it". As a result, they left me with at least $9,500 in repairs on a $14,500 car that ran for four months...So far, this has cost me $10,000 of my own savings. For all of us that work paycheck-to-paycheck, you know how much that hurts. They say I bought it as is, which is correct, but they were not completely honest with me, and walked the line of negligence and fraud very closely. They will woo you to get you into a car, but could care less about you after you sign the dotted line. This has been the largest financial loss of my life, losing years and years of personal savings I was just getting ready to use for a trip and home repairs. Don't be fooled by the Infiniti name or their snazzy suits; they are the same as any shady car dealer and won't hesitate to screw you over if it serves them better. Thanks for reading! More

First they sell me a used car on contingency for $7500 - a car priced over book value that needed nearly $4000 work of mechanical work accordion got my trusted mechanics of 15 years. They would not for the price of the car to compensate me so I dove all the way back form Louisville to Aurora to return the car according to out agreement. When I got there, they spend an hour wasting my time trying to negotiate e back into buy-in get car but would only drop the prices $1000. Then, they told me they had deposited the 2 checks I had written for ht operates after promising they would hold the checks until I had my mechanics look at the car and agreed to keep it. Another hour of wasted times to issue the check.They also supposedly refunded $2500 to my credit card - part of the purchase price. The credit need showed up on my account os I called them back twice to find out why. The seance time - 3 weeks later - I realized that the card number and address listed on the receipt did not match my credit card. Instead of fixing the problem, they charged my card again. I had to call up Chase's fraud department to block them form making addition charges and get the money they owed me back. More
