Service I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the receptionist and other service rep were rude and not willing to help at help. They stated they were short staffed too bad come back some other time would not even offer me another appointment time. I called Steve as we have bought two Infiniti’s from him and have never had a problem . He contacted Clark who was able to help me on my next visit had a loaner car and took great care of my service. We st My wife and I had been looking for a certified preowned Infiniti Q 60 for about a month or so when we saw an ad for one at Infiniti of Denver. We stopped in and met Rodney ,our sales consultant,he showed us the car, showed us the Carfax and took us for a test drive. His knowledge of the Infinity line was impressive he answered questions and he explained the subtle differences between different models. After a little negotiation we found a number that was good for both parties, traded in our 2001 Mercedes and drove away in our certified Q 60S. Overall we had a very positive and enjoyable experience with all the people at Infiniti of Denver and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
