Love my new car I had a great experience at Infiniti of Denver and was so lucky to have worked with the salesman that I did. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted immediately and things got better from there. Never once did I feel pressured or like I was being "closed". Luis Ramos found the perfect car for me and was so much fun to be around. He truly cares about you as a person and is a great guy himself. Service dept rocks! I love having my car serviced here. They are truly amazing to deal with and get everything done in a timely manner. There was an issue this time with I love having my car serviced here. They are truly amazing to deal with and get everything done in a timely manner. There was an issue this time with a little accidental damage caused by a misunderstanding, & they took full responsibility and fixed everything. In the mean time, I got to drive around a loaner which has convinced me to stick with Infiniti when I replace my 2009 convertible ... the car is fabulous to drive and the service Dept is great, plus the Infiniti warranty is the best! (No paying for oil changes, loaner while serviced, or rad waiting room... love!) More
