We happen to make a rash decision and buy a car on what appeared to be Infiniti's busiest Saturday, However through all the car buying chaos, Keisha delivered exactly what we were looking for. From the second we met, Keisha was attentive and well knlowged about the line up of Infiniti cars, and what they had to offer. Not like someone just reading from a brochure, but actually involving us in our car buying experience. Everything was perfect, we unfortunately couldn't get the car that day but agreed to come back. When we returned to the dealership, we knew what we wanted and went expecting a long 3 hour wait but upon arrival, Keisha delivered and with amazing execution. Not only did she get the car we choose detailed and in showroom condition, but also had all prior questions asked via email, ready and answered. We decided on our 2016 Q50 Hybrid, and couldn't have had a better car buying experience. Most people don't think much of the dealership or sales representative once you are finished. However, a few days after our purchase, Keisha made sure to follow up with us, making sure we understood all Infiniti had to offer and the benefits you can get around town for owning one! Not only did we find and fall in love with our new Infiniti, but we cannot wait to deal with Keisha on our next purchase at Infiniti of Denver. More

From my sales consultant, who felt instantly like a friend, to fairness in price, to the smooth process in financing, I have been spoiled for life! Since then I only bring my car back to the dealership for service. The appointments are always available at times when I need them. I usually wait for the service since it is pretty quick and the waiting room is comfortable and stocked with water, coffee and treats at all times. When I have needed to leave the car longer, you are quickly put into a loaner as to not inconvenience your whole day. I will never work with another dealership in the future unless it is this one More
