I initially went to test drive a vehicle. John greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I had the choice to go to other car dealerships. I signed up for an Infiniti through an o at the door and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I had the choice to go to other car dealerships. I signed up for an Infiniti through an online site that my job provides. I immediately received a call from John. He wasn't pushy, he took the time to communicate with me and listened to my responses. I new immediately that this was the dealership that I wanted to test drive my 1st Infiniti at. John took the time to pinpoint my likes and dislikes before he even showed me 1 vehicle. Needless to say he listened very well and I left the Infiniti dealership with the car of my dreams that I did not think I would actually be in for a while. This was the best car buying/test drive I've ever had. I would recommend John to any and everyone. I plan on being with Infiniti for quite some time. It is great that my Infinity tells me when my car needs service. Then, when I called Clark Hearold, he scheduled my service Immediately. My time waiting for the oil change and oil filter change was shor service. Then, when I called Clark Hearold, he scheduled my service Immediately. (Our choice to not go with an Infinity had nothing to do with our experience at the dealership and was mainly due to the fact that we wanted a sedan with a large back seat. Though Infinity has great cars, in the sedan models, they have smaller back seats and seem to be more geared toward the driver/front seat than with back-seat passengers.) For an honest and friendly car buying experience with a knowledgeable dealer, I highly recommend John Vrattos. More
