Chris does a terrific job every time I have an issue. He has my car thoroughly inspected and gives me all the recommended services plus the related costs. Dan Torpy was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. It was a comfortable, non pressure environment. They are important add ons, but for a 24 month lease it was a lot of upfront money for benefits that go beyond the 2 years. It would be nice if there was a way to amortize those over a 7 year period.
